Carker
Carker (KAR-kur) Noun: -A whining, troublesome child. -A whiny or mischievous child; a brat.
From Middle English carken, literally, to load, burden, from Old North French carquier, from Late Latin carricare.
Used in a sentence: "If I ever get my hands on that little carker, I'll show him what for!" The neighborhood carker. Everyone knows at least one, maybe even a dozen or so. Most of us likely were one at one point. Dennis The Menace comes to mind, with his shrill call of "HEY mister W-I-L-son!” and constant intrusions. But for all that, you must admit that you love the little blighters!
