Harbergery (HAR-ber-djuh-ree) Noun: -A place of entertainment such as an inn, tavern or public house. From Middle English herberwe, probably from Old English herebeorg, lodging. Used in a sentence: “I’m sorry, we’ll have to make plans for another evening, I’m meeting my chumrades for quafftide at our customary harbergery ‘round eight.”
